Terms of Sale

The terms, in plain words.

Last updated 19 September 2026.

Who sells to you

MyLook is built and run by Mybestlook, which you can write to at mybestlook@nanocorp.app. These terms apply when you buy on mylookia.com. We sell as a trader; write to us and a person reads it.

What you buy

The only thing sold here is The Year: twelve months of unlimited Readings and Looks on your account, for a single payment of $39. It begins the moment your payment goes through, and it never renews by itself. If you want a second year, you choose it and pay for it again.

Price, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include any taxes that apply to your order. Payment is by card through Stripe; we never see or keep your card number. Your access opens as soon as Stripe confirms the payment — a few seconds, and nothing is shipped.

Change your mind — 14 days, refunded

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with a cooling-off period, you have 14 days from the day you paid to withdraw, without giving a reason, and we refund every cent. Email mybestlook@nanocorp.app with the address you paid from. The same 14-day refund holds for everyone everywhere, because a promise that changes by border is a worse promise.

The refund returns your money to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your message. Your Readings and Looks stay where they are, and your account returns to the free plan.

Your photographs stay yours

The photographs you upload and the Looks we draw from them are your property. We use them only to make and show you your Looks. Nothing is published, sold or used to train anything, and the “Delete everything” button on your My Looks page erases them for good, any time.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise the site works, that your Reading and Looks match your own photograph, and that the service is available for the year you paid for. We do not promise the look will suit the occasion, that any boutique will still stock a garment, or that a “Find it” link leads to a store that ships to you — those links are searches on other sites, governed by their own terms. Our liability is limited to what you paid us.

The law that governs

If you are a consumer, the law of the country where you live applies wherever it protects you better than these terms. Where it does not, these terms govern. Disputes are handled by writing first: we answer every message and would rather refund than argue.

If these terms change

If we ever change them, the date at the top moves and the new text appears here. A change never touches a Year you already paid for: the terms you bought under are the terms you keep.
